What to include in a report
Include the tool URL, browser name, file format, any error text and the steps that produced the problem. For a translation correction, include the page language and the wording you want us to review.
Keep private emails out of support requests
Describe the issue first. If a sample is needed, create a small fictional message that reproduces it. Do not send passwords, private correspondence or unredacted attachments. Emailing support shares the information in that message with the support mailbox and its email providers.
While checking a problem
Try the built-in sample to see whether the tool works with a known example, and read the format limits below the workspace. Keep your original file: a converted or edited copy may not preserve every field.
